Purchased a tree stand which was missing parts. Tried to exchange less than an hour after original purchase and the manager was more interested in not being able to resell the item than to make things right for me. I had to purchase a second stand without receiving a refund. Wish I had the time to have purchased elsewhere. I live down the road and they lost a lot of future business over a 15 tree stand.

Seems the worker inside was more interested in getting out of work than helping me with what I needed. I ended up at home depot and they were able to find the necessary pipe adapters that was needed to finish my task. Dusappointed with this Ace hardware and can guarantee I will shop elsewhere!
