Heath Inspector should come down on them for how they fill up cups with ice for ice coffees. All morning the person at the drive thru takes payments and fills the drinks. If you get an ice coffee and probably ice tea, they stick their hand holding a cup into the ice chest. They do this over and over again, while taking payments. I thought this was gross before the plandemic and should be stopped asap. Also I received a large amount of shell in my ham mc muffin, which should have been a sausage mc muffin.
No soda and no way to know until you are inside.
Filthy, disgusting place. Rude staff on top of the uncleanliness. Refused to let my family use the rest room. Setting a bad name for McDonald’s, owners should be ashamed and more active in their business.
Friendly employees. Faster than a lot of drive through. But they have frequently had trouble understanding the modifiers extra vs only.... and such. Very frequently. Other than that I would have given them 4 stars.
The frying oil at this location has tasted nasty for a long time now. Fries/nuggets have a strange minty/rancid taste to them? YUCK. What's going on? Can only imagine how long it's been since they cleaned their fryolator or swapped the oil. Keep driving and thank me later.
I'm tech savvy and have been using the mobile app for 3 years or so. I ordered early, arrived with mobile number in hand and checked in. Employee told me to pull around, but after a flurry of activity said the card didn't go through, so, with ppl building up behind me, I pulled around, removed my cards from the app and retried. Got another mobile order number, checked in, only to hear it didn't go through AGAIN. Pulled around a third time, then decided to forego the mobile app altogether, and ordered right through the drive thru speaker. When I arrived at the window, I received an egg McMuffin, a mcGriddle two hash browns and two coffees one oj, one water and the bill was 22.00. I realized one of the mobile orders, which was bigger, actually went through. So 45 min later, and three loops through the drive thru, once inside, I gave up, exasperated. 22 dollars for two breakfast meals 2 coffees, a water and and oj! What a nightmare! Once again, trying to save time through the mobile app w mcdonald's results in a terrible experience.
