Horrible. Dumpster didn’t arrive when it was scheduled and I couldn’t reach anyone to find out what was going on. After about ten phone calls and one drive over to the office, I was finally able to reach someone the next day and they tracked down the dumpster and it was delivered. They also gave me a 50 credit. The driver was great and dumpster was great, but they need to work on having someone pick up the phone and be in the office on the weekend (according to website the office was supposed to be open) when dumpsters are scheduled to be delivered. I had family and friends waiting at the house to help with the project, which we were unable to start without the dumpster.

At first things were a little rocky. Took a while to get a return call, no one answered the phone most times we called. But, the driver changed our opinion. Once we called him from the number on the dumpster he bent over backwards to help us out. He knew we’d need another dumpster so he dumped the second one and kept it aside so we could call in the morning if we needed it. He brought it to us in a timely manner. He said he’d pick it up whenever we needed him to. We ended up needing another one at the last minute. I called him praying he could bring one in time. He was at the location dropping off a new dumpster within an hour. He was very friendly and even though we asked a lot from him we wouldn’t have known if we irritated him or stressed him out or made his day longer/harder. I’d definitely call Meadows again just for the driver being so accommodating and friendly.
