I purchased several items from this shop on the recommendation of a friend. I Was thrilled with my purchases for my self and my girls until I had a problem with a pricey Wanakome hoodie. This hoodie was a splurge item for sure. And while nothing lasts forever, I wore the Wanakome hoodie maybe 6 times before the zipper attachment snapped off, making the zipper inoperable and the item can not be worn. I contacted the store via phone and Instagram. Photos were sent and seen on the IG messenger with no responses. Not a single response or reply. I believe in supporting small local businesses, especially now during COVID. But this was Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this store and won’t be purchasing any items in the future.

Stopped by here yesterday to pick out two Naketano sweatshirts & love your melon hats for gifts- the girl working could’ve cared less that I was in the store. I greeted her after being in the store for a few minutes instead of her acknowledging me after browsing the selection and looking over at the girl working for guidance- every time I looked over she looked away I chose to leave and search out what I needed elsewhere. If you know they have it and your in and out I’m sure it’s fine to shop here otherwise the cold shoulder doll send you elsewhere.
Amazing leggings and tops. The people working here are knowledgeable of their products and they were helpful in assisting me to pick out an outfit. Will definitely be back.

Bought a cute outfit here and LOVE it! Such unique styles for everyday life.
Terrible customer service. I bought a bracelet here in December that broke while putting it on for the first time. I returned it and the shop said, they would send it back to the designer and fix it for me. I've called and stopped in numerous times since December, as my messages were not getting returned. It's now March and every time I go in to inquire about the bracelet they claim it's "coming in" or they will call the manager and call me back, with no call backs. I'm super disappointed with the entire experience, I haven't been offered a refund and essentially paid for a broken product that's not even in my possession, I do not recommend shopping here.
