Team went above and beyond! We were on a last minute hunt for paw protectors, and had driven all over to try and find some that fit our Golden. The team didn't have the size we needed in the NBPT store, and offered to have a peer drive up a larger pair within 2 hrs. They were more than patient while our pup tried them on, gave some yummy treats to her to support her walking in her new booties, and overall they were a BIG hit during some very icy times. Many thanks - and would HIGHLY recommend!
