Very professional service. Spotless counters, sinks and floors, everything vacuumed and thoroughly dusted. I highly recommend this company. I hired single cleaning ladies before and know that, with time, quality of the work always goes down. Newburyport Cleaning Service is BBB Accredited. They work as a team of cleaners with a supervisor in charge of each job. I feel that the owner takes pride in the services they provide and hires appropriately. They have done excellent work cleaning my home so far and I am looking forward to using the Newburyport Cleaning for years to come.
The owner is a really good guy He is the type of person who will listen and try make everyone happy
We have used Newburyport Cleaning Service for the past 14 years. They do a great job and my house is always very clean when they finish. The staff is professional and nice to deal with. I love having a crew of 4 or 5 people cleaning because they finished in about an hour which is much better than having someone in the house for hours. On top of that, they are very reasonably priced.
I have used Newburyport Cleaning Service every two weeks for 11 years and would highly recommend them. They do excellent work and are pleasant to do business with. They have never cancelled and have even come during snowy days when I've told them to always put safety first. All their cleaning supplies are environmentally safe and they use proper products on wood floors, granite, and natural stone surfaces. I'm often gone while they clean and am confident in their trustworthiness and honesty. By having a crew working they are in and out very quickly. They are also flexible with dates and work hard to accommodate my schedule.
Newburyport Cleaning Service does a fabulous job. They have been coming to our office weekly and leave the place spic and span. Richard is very attentive and approachable. 5 star service all the way!
I've used NBPT Cleaning Services for two years now. My house is cleaned bi-weekly and it's wonderful to come home to a clean house when they have been there. If I have ever needed additional attention to an area, all I had to do was email/call and it's done the next cleaning and subsequent cleanings. The team is professional, efficient and I have no problem letting them in my house (as I am usually not home when they come. They are friendly too!!). When I have had schedule requests, they have always accommodated me.
I've been using Newburyport Cleaning Service for the past eight years. They've always done an excellent job for me. When I moved to a new house slightly outside their normal territory, they made it work!
