The bus was so clean, the trip starts on time and the drivers and people in the Portsmouth station were so nice. They also offer you bottles of water. Moreover, we had to change our tickets and everything was quite easy, we had no problem. Very recommendable!

The guy at desk was rude to the point of needing to post here. He's the kind of guy most of us work with (maybe one at the office), who lives his day waiting to tell someone their wrong. I posed a simple question about an 11:10 pick up at Logan. And he made sound as if every terminal gets picked up at 11:10. When asked to be specific to where the first pick up is, he raised his voice and repeated 11:10 with his arms in the air at this point. It took another paying customer to answer my question with basic details. This was as dude at counter wanted to remind me I don't get it, and stood there shaking his head. No apology, him just venting and escalating.....nice.

Busses are frequently late causing many to miss their flights. Definitely don't recommend this service if you really can't miss your flight because you definitely could if you book a C&J bus

Excellent value. Reliable scheduling. Pleasant ride with wifi, papers, heat a/c. Helpful people loading and unloading luggage. Door to bus stop. No worries about parking at airport.

I cannot comment on the actual service. My review is just solely for the daily buses I encounter on the road daily since I too am in the transportation line of business. They are very careless,at times reckless drivers and try to bully people to move out of their way on the highway. Also they like to stay in the left 2 lanes on 95 as well as the far left passing lane on route 1 and go over the posted speed limit. Buses and commercial vehicles are not supposed to be in the left 2 lanes on 95 or the far left lane on route 1. It is clearly marked ever few miles. They carry the most precious cargo of all...human life. So you would think they would be held and hold up to a higher standard. Just my 2 cents.
