This is a DREAM studio. I'm so happy to have picked The Newburyport Studio for our bridal editorial shoot. The booking was easy, check-in was smooth, and the communication was excellent. The best part- the space! If you are a photographer who uses natural light, you will fall in love with this studio. From the texture of the walls, to the options for framing shots, this place does not disappoint. There's plenty of room and outlets for whatever setup you're looking to do. There are high ceilings and beautiful neutral tones throughout the studio. I will surely be back!

Eye candy! No, really . . . the space has the WOW factor. From booking, to going, to leaving, it was a delightful experience. We went for branding and content photos, and the space delivers. There are too many highlights to mention, but a few include, the plush, rattan swinging chair, the glass doors, and the unique windows that let in the best light. UGH . . . so good, sooooooo good. I can't wait to figure out another reason to book it again.

First time renting this studio. Really impressed with the attention to detail with instructions. It was such a professional experience. Kelsy communicates very well. Although on the smaller side, the studio space has so many great spots to work with. The light is just beautiful. The restored walls are something else. I was probably overly cautious moving things around since it was my first time but I utilized pretty much every area and every minute in the half day time slot. My client was very impressed as well! Will definitely rent again.

I loved The Newburyport Studio. I seriously have no comments other than positive remarks. I am a floral designer so I used the space for it's gorgeous character to highlight my floral arrangements. I was doing a branding shoot. However, they have a huge conference table and multiple backdrops for alternative rental uses. In addition to a swinging chair and sofa and coffee table setup. There was endless staging opportunities which is key for a studio rental space. So I highly recommend renting this space for your meeting or photoshoot needs. I also found the rental rates very reasonable for the quality of the space & time granted within it. Parking was easy as we were able to grab street parking right out front. There are a good amount of stairs to the space but I just view that as a workout! 5 star! Don't hesitate to book.

The Newburyport Studio is a gorgeous space! The light is fantastic. It is so airy, clean and bright. The Studio has so many angles to shoot or be shot in. The different textures and furniture make for so many looks. I loved the hanging chair the best! I am a tween model, but I really enjoyed my shoot here. It was fun and the photographer got some wonderful shots of me there! I can’t wait to shoot there again.
