Clean and well maintained
Place is awesome. Saw they just put a new punching bag up, which is awesome. I do, however, miss the the \private\ area where it was located in the previous building.
Club is decent but is poorly maintained by the building owner. No heat in the winter and lousy job in keeping sidewalks clear. Too bad because the Vanguard owner has tried to keep the interior clean and the club functioning.
