Initially my experience was positive with the pleasantness of everyone from the front desk to technician to optometrist. The issue began after my exam when I sat down with one of the employees to go over ordering contacts. It felt reminiscent of negotiating with an insurance salesman after purchasing a car. I felt rushed to order a years worth of contacts with a price that wasn't disclosed until I asked. Then I was told this price was competitive, which it was not by several hundred dollars. Unfortunately I did not do enough research and listened to the advice and ordered from them. I now feel like I overpaid by almost double what I should have. I realize this is a business doing business but I did not have this experience in the past at my last vision center where they were up front about cost and did offer competitive priced options. Therefore, I cannot recommend Watts Eye Associates and encourage anyone who visits to do research on pricing before their exams.

The front office is kind and so very helpful -we had an issue with our insurance carrier and we solved the problem together. Cant say enough about the woman that answer the phone. They go above and beyond.
First time here for a long overdue eye exam and couldn't have been more happy and impressed. Extremely friendly receptionists, clean and welcoming facility, and Dr. McDonald couldn't have been more helpful explaining everything to me and asking me if I had any questions on anything. I would recommend Watts Eye Associates to anyone who is in need of an optometrist! Thanks again!
Had an extremely thorough eye exam today with Dr. McDonald. I was very impressed with the array of diagnostic equipment for the eye. The doctor and his staff are professional, courteous and well organized. Everyone was so nice too, including the front desk, technicians and opticians. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend Watts Eye Associates!
Went there today for an exam, after the exam I ask to pick out frames for new glasses. They informed me that they accept my insurance for the exam but not for glasses. So after my exam was through they told me I can't get new glasses. Worst business model ever!!
