I have visited Alternative Computers three times in the past year, with a printer problem in the first instance. Errol had a quick look, said he wasn't sure, rang up a specialist for me to make sure they would deal with it and wouldn't take a penny. My second visit was a query about using a second monitor. Errol's colleague wasn't sure, but gave me the details of someone who could help. He gave me the solution and luckily I could at least buy a monitor from Alternative Computers. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency each time I visited and in future they will always be my first port of call. Nigel Coulton

Alternative Computers is fantastic . .. as I've known proprietor for over 25 years I'm a little biased .... But the reason I've known him for 25 years is because the quality of work is unsurpassable ...... I personally feel that this I.T. and phone repair shop is the best in the area .... And my views won't change ....

My friend suggested that i should take my laptop to Alternative Computers to sort out my issue with mails. I took my laptop there and they sorted it out in no time. They also showed me how to do things on my laptop. Very happy. Thank you.
