I had a great experience working with Steve. I could see that he puts a lot of effort to understand the candidate motives and find a right fit for them. He was supportive and helpful through all stages of interviews and made the whole processes a lot easier by keeping me updated and relay feedback from my interviews. We had a super hard to fill SRE lead role that Steve and the team from ASR helped us out with. We had a huge wish list for the right candidate and Steve patiently listened to what we were after and tailored his search accordingly. The role had been open for months before Steve came on board to help out and he closed it out with his first candidate. We won't hesitate to use Steve and ASR again in the future!
I can not fault the service provided by Jess at ASR recruitment. From the moment I engaged with her I felt confident in entrusting Jess with my future employment. She went above and beyond to understand my motives for jobseeking, the role I was looking for and the working environment I was hoping for. Jess ensured I was kept updated with job opportunities and when the right one came up, set up a one on one prep session to make sure I was confident going into the interview. After the interview she followed up with a call to check on me and make sure I wasn't a bundle of nerves! She also called me the morning of my first day to wish me good luck and when my contract was renewed she came out to meet up with my to celebrate with a coffee and a chat. Linda's attention to detail, follow ups and information dissemination leaves almost all of her competition well behind. For Linda, it's personal. For most other recruiters, its simply a numbers game.
