I approached Kylie about refinancing my mortgage as I wasn’t satisfied with the service of my existing lender. In a climate of royal commissions I was concerned our chances of securing a refinancing loan were slim. I shouldn’t have been concerned. Kylie had a positive attitude from the onset and was able to secure finance for me very quickly. She was professional, personable and punctual with all our meetings but most importantly she constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the loan. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
