This business misled about their ability to provide therapeutic massage for private health insurance cover. They claimed to have a Medibank provider number, but they do not. They said the number would be available in December, so I called in December and again in January to ask, and they have said no they do not have a Medibank provider number and have never had one. Don't lie to your customers.
Great massage studio ! They were able to fit me in ASAP and had the best cleanliness and covid19 regulations/policy I have seen. The room was a nice temperature with a heater on as it was raining on the day and the therapist checked twice that her pressure was suitable. Will 100% come back

Perfect experience! Incredible customer service, central location and the most relaxing massage. Their covid precautions are fantastic, including temperature checks. A must-visit everytime I visit Newcastle.
Friendly staff, this shop is very clean first time that I saw staff cleaning the pen for customer to fill the form and wipes everything before customer touch. Massage was great like in heaven. highly recommend.
