UPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM BERSER!!!!! On Monday, a Berser vehicle caused damage to my husband's car. The driver did stop to exchange details. Since then however, the response from management to addres the matter has been appalling! My husband has been asked not to go through his insurer, yet despite that, management are yet to address the matter. We were advised on Wednesday that we would be informed of the plan of action on Thursday, yet still no response. Communication so far has been completely inadequate!!!!

This company delivered me a pallet of smokless fuel which was within 10 minutes of their allocated time the driver was fantastic nothing too much trouble the pallet was delivered in perfect condition today i had a delivery but the coal company used a company called response logistics what a shambles the young man was pleasent but his truck didnt work he had to handball 1 tonne of fuel off which i had to restack again i rang response logistics to vent my anger at the company which didnt seem to be too intrested so basically if you want a good company to handle your goods i would reccommend berser international from chesterton they are excellent
