I emailed Krystal to ask her about dress shopping during the initial phases of Covid-19 re-opening, if her shop was starting with re-scheduling previous appointments and the timeline for ordering a dress. She promptly emailed me back and offered me an appointment a week later! I had an amazing experience and we joked that my something blue was my face mask. Krystal was incredibly kind, professional, respectful of my budget and supportive as I searched for my dress. Her store was clean and modern with a variety of dresses and a variety budgets. I would highly recommend letting Krystal help you find your wedding dress!
Krystal was fantastic to work with! Her store is super cute, clean and comfortable. She was very friendly to my group. She has a great variety of dresses at reasonable prices.
I literally walked into Blush bridal about a half hour before they closed and about 30 days before my wedding. While I don’t recommend doing that, I had the most amazing experience. I was instantly welcomed, Krystal looked at me and said “we can do this!” and right away I started trying on dresses until I found the right one with quick shipping. I was able to find a beautiful dress that arrived within a couple weeks, Krystal picked out the perfect accessories and even helped to coordinate the tailoring and all of this took place literally days before my wedding. I felt so much calmer about my decision to plan a quick wedding once I found Blush Bridal.
I found my dream dress at a second hand store but it was 6 sizes to big for me... I was fortunate enough to find Blush Bridal and get in touch with Krystal via phone. Through this phone call alone I could tell Krystal was someone who cares about what her clients are looking for and does her absolute best to deliver for them. Well she not only delivered, she went above and beyond and made my dream dress come true! She was able to order the dress into her boutique for me in my size and not only that but it ended up costing less brand new than the second hand 6x too big for me dress! On top of that she knew I wanted the dress to be altered to a sleeveless, she took the liberty of getting in touch with the designers and was able to order the dress strapless for me for less than what a seamstress was asking to alter the dress once it came into the boutique. I can not express enough how beyond happy I am with my experience at Blush Bridal thus far! Krystal is super friendly, easy to talk to and work with, provides you with options and opinions without being aggressive and pushy. Last week my bridal party and I went to look for bridesmaid dresses and again had a wonderful experience. All of the girls enjoyed themselves and having the freedom (along with some friendly guidance from myself and Krystal) to pick out dresses they all loved. I am very excited to continue this journey with Blush Bridal and absolutely recommend!!!
