The ordering process, dealing with the company, the staff, the quality of the materials and the construction process is totally professional. I am very happy with the final result and the pups are even happier they now have their own pad! I recently purchased a block of 4 thermal Kennels - was really impressed with quality and service provided with this company - I would highly recommend them. Thermal Kennels worked out a little more expensive than wooden ones but are far superior and don’t need regular maintenance just washing over with a jet wash - makes life that much easier. Staff were all very friendly and very accommodating especially as I kept changing my requirements ! Will definitely be ordering some more of the Kennels as I expand my business.

very positive experience dealing with Buchans. Leanne was very helpful when i was ordering my kennel and shed and answered any question i had. she has great customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. The installation guys were very friendly and professional. They arrived in good time even though they had to travel long distance. the kennel and shed were built in no time at all with no problems. The kennel and shed appear to be excellent quality and my cocker spaniel is also very happy with the insulated kennel. I highly recommend Buchans, you might find cheaper elsewhere but you are likely to regret it, these are value for money.
