Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They open everyday till reasonable hours which is perfect for those that work everyday. The Newcastle branch carries a lot of stock although not as much a variety as mainland branches. Still sufficient for all our needs. Prices are not the cheapest but not exorbitant either. Would definitely shop there again. Ample parking and plenty of tellers ensure a quick shopping experience with occasional bargains.

I love this place... home renovations are made so easy at Builders Warehouse, everything is under one roof and their prices are so competitive that I don't have to go hunting from place to place looking for good things at good prices. The staff are very very helpful, which was important for a novice like me, they helped me find the things I needed with the extras that I didn't realise was important for me to finish my project. I LOVE the nursery, all those beautiful plants and flowers have me itching to add some colour to my garden Thank you Builders Warehouse!

Parking is always available. If you are in a que then be patient to satirize. The staff are friendly and helpful. You get anything you require. When finished you leave smiling. The one stop shop where you save time and money
