Excellent help and a lovely staff
I found Mr Stuart Gray to be lazy, uninterested unhelpful and had no interest in actually representing me. He was originally with Harris Wheeler when he first started acting for me in a WCC matter. The matter was referred to arbitration, I was not allowed in the arbitration discussion. That Stuart Gray did not attend speaks volumes as the barrister did not know key components. However, Stuart Gray speak to the barrister after the hearing via the barristers mobile. During which Stuart Gray proceeded to denigrate me in many descriptive terms phone call with barrister so loudly that as the barrister held the phone away from his ear. I could hear the abuse sitting across a coffee table. Then when after 5 months without payment of the agreed settlement, Stuart Gray after many attempts regarding payment replied with the comment "Your case has been archived". I said how can that be if the employer and insurer have done nothing and I was made to resign immediately in a hand written notice. I did however receive a further email from Stuart Gray advising that I was entitled to a lump sum payment. Unlike the myriad of previous requesting help or advice when I asked for details regarding the case for lump sum Section 66 payment he responded in 10 minutes.. Needless to say not only did advise Stuart Gray exactly why I would not consider his offer to represent me I made a complaint WIRO stating the details of how poorly I was represented. I still have the emails to verify this review.
