Hi. I'd like to personally recommend my local Newcastle-Under-Lyme Cash Converters store to anyone who is considering shopping there. Most of the staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly, in particular Lee, the Manager, who always gives me great Customer Service, and Michelle, who is one of the most pleasant, intelligent and helpful shop assistants that I've ever known. I've been a loyal Customer of this store for over 2 years, and really feel that it's been a lifeline for me, whenever I've needed some instant cash. Russell and Tony are also great, especially Russell, who is very knowledgeable about mobile phones and technology in general. Will and Mike both have a dark sense of humour, which I don't always appreciate, especially their jokes, but it makes for a jovial atmosphere. Mike is the Assistant Manager, so he gives me a similar service to Lee. I think Will would do quite well as a Stand Up Comedian, as he's very intelligent and quick-witted, although he can be a bit immature at times. Although I rarely see Melissa, she's the most mature and responsible member of staff here, which is probably why she runs the Web Shop. I only have one criticism to mention here, which is that most of the mobile phones usually have flat batteries, which can be quite irritating.

LEE ,Michael, Russell and the rest of cash converters in Newcastle under Lyme are so helpful. I've brought many items there, and when I need that loan on a mobile phone,laptop even smart watches. They give you or try to get you as close to what you ask them for, I'm a member of Hanley cash converters and longton. But since going to the Newcastle branch I have not been back to the other cash converters shops, I like being spoken to and helped if I need it and here at Newcastle under Lyme you get that nice helpful friendly staff, thanks to Lee, Michael, Russell and the rest of cash converters. Thanks guys.

Been in a number of times and been served by Lee the store manager, very helpful and friendly staff. Fair prices given for your unwanted stuff. Highly recommend trying here first.
