The minute I called Dave he was incredibly helpful. He fixed all the issues I was having very quickly and helped with even more. He opened and cleaned my laptop as part of the service and suggested and installed a new hard drive as mine was water damaged and corroded. He communicated so well, charged a very reasonable fee and went the extra mile, which ended with my laptop getting a new lease of life. I was even saying to my family that I was glad my laptop ran into issues as it meant that I got to experience such a great service. Highly Recommend - Thank you!

Excellent service from Dave. Tried to bring life back to my ancient laptop and when he could do no more gave me sound advice on the purchase of a new model. Efficient, polite and trustworthy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
