Thankyou for the recent installation the service by the technicians was great and the guys were really polite, efficient and very friendly. I would recommend them for business and home installation. I do however have a concern over the follow up after installation, no follow up has been done by Fliber to call me to see if the Nova installed was adequate and if I was happy with the wi-fi connection speed or access. I requested the Nova to be installed over and above the normal installation to ensure that wi-fi would be accessible throughout identified areas of my house for my two sons and myself. This was installed at an additional cost of R1835.00. A two pack I googled the Nova pack and saw at the price I paid I could have got 3 did I get the right installation? Previously before converting to fiber I could pick up wi-fi signal in my bedroom. Now I do not pick up any wi-fi whatsoever since the installation of the Nova and an additional cost of R1835.00? On the original installation it was recommended I go for the two pack as the distance as indicated by technical installer was adequate. I paid and now it does not reach my room at all where it previously did before the Nova installation. Could I please have feedback why this has happened and why previously without Nova I could pick up the signal in my bedroom, now once Nova has been installed I am unable to get wi-fi in my room? A friendly request in future when installing Fliber please contact the person paying the bill normally the parent or mother, to follow up for the satisfaction of the signal. This would just put the cherry on the cake for the great service always received. Unfortunately in my case, my boys have perfect signal at the expense of their mother now having none. Thank you I look forward to your response in this regard.
