Florence house is a great care home. All the staff are friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have never known a home with such a warm and friendly environment. The staff treat all the residents as family.

A new facility that has been refurbished to a very high standard. As a visitor, I was made to feel very welcome and the staff where all very polite and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with the home and all its staff.
