Lovely authentic gelato and coffee bar, perfect spot to stop on a lazy Sunday afternoon walk or after dinner at local restaurants. Located only a few block from there beach amongst historic buildings. Nice to chat with the couple that run the shop when things are quiet.

This is amazing gelato. Have been coming here for years. The Italian man who owns GG"s makes all the gelato from scratch. I love that he is the entire business, he buys the ingredients, makes the gelato, then personally sells it to you in his store. I've heard the pasta he sells is also amazing.
Absolutely the best Gelato I have ever had. Delicious flavour and great tasting cone. Coffee was delicious as well. Beautiful sun trap on quiet city street. Perfect on a Sunday afternoon.
If you have been to Italy and done Gelato you will know that this is the exact traditional Gelato, not a 'Gelato' shop like other places. Old Italian man says he has been making this Gelato for 12 years and you can see his Gelato machines behind him. Super smooth and gooey gelato with no gross sugar after affect in the mouth, when you finish it feels like you never ate anything, zero ice particles just pure gelato. Also tried the mango sorbet, ultra smooth and velvety. This guy is a super gem, super lucky to have authentic gelato so close to home.
I'd accidentally stumbled upon G and G Gelato when walking past one day so time to sate my #sweettooth, the problem is what flavour to choose. The coffee gelato has a lovely soft coffee flavour immersed through the smooth creamy gelato. So satisfying. I was also eyeing the cannoli and tiramisu.
