GCS Training is a company who has dedicated its life to providing high-quality strength and conditioning programmes. Darren Coughlan started this company in 2010 but Darren’s love for strength and conditioning started back in 1992 before it was cool ;). After years of education, he was exposed to CrossFit in 2003 and then went on to start CrossFit Newcastle in 2006. CrossFit Newcastle is still alive today and booming more than ever. But the demand from athletes for Darren’s programmes grew and GCS Training was born. This allowed him to reach athletes worldwide. Since then GCS Training has grown and is helping more and more athletes each year crush their goals and become the athlete they need to be.
