Can not fault Hanover dental practice. I moved to their dental practice recently and their service has been excellent. The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and professional. Ali, my dentist is excellent. Great manner, kind and very professional. He treats people brilliantly and explains all of your treatment to you. His dental skills are excellent. I can't rate this dental practice high enough My wife has also moved to their practice recently and is also very pleased with their service. Thanks to all the staff there for their great service

Shocking practice. Avoid at all costs. 2 weeks I've been waiting for a hospital referral for 2 weeks now. Continually lying telling me it's been sent. When it hasn't as I work at the hospital. In so much pain and now I'm trying to find another dentist

I needed to come in for emergency treatment after breaking a tooth, I have been in a lot of pain all weekend. The dentist (Dr/Mr Singh, I believe) immediately made me feel at ease, he explained everything, took an x-ray and then showed me the x-ray on the screen while explaining it and giving me some treatment options. He is very thorough (unlike my previous dentist) and very professional yet kind. I am impressed and highly recommend this dentist.

Registered on the 6th of March and they made me wait almost a month for an initial appointment which was booked on the 1st of April. l waited till then only to get a call the morning of the appointment to be told it had been cancelled and the next available appointment would be the 29th of April. No regard as to the time they had wasted for me, instead rubbed it in that after the initial appointment l still had to have had another appointment for treatment meaning treatment was likely to be well after 2 months from the time l approached them. l just simply told them to remove me off the books, the girl who rang me was not even apologetic or taking my wait into consideration and raising her voice at me, worst decision to register with them, waste of time, inconsiderate; rude..
