Tight parking for big cars

As long as things are working fine, there are no problems. The moment you have a problem they are the most unhelpful bunch. Recently, I forgot my wallet. Called to ask, as I am a regular parker, if there was some way of resolving the issue. The manager, who was on duty advised the operator to advise me, in his words 'that there was nothing he can do, so the car would just have to stay there until I paid to get in out'. Great customer service. Yet again, yesterday I was charged 70 for supposedly having parked there for 23 hrs. In actual fact I got in at 7:50 and left at 16:30 the same day. Was advised that I should send an email stating my problem, which I did. As there was now follow up by noon the next day, I called and was advised by the operator to expect to wait 48 hrs before I got a response. Wow...more great customer service. Really believe that these places need to be taken to task over their obvious disregard and respect for their customers.
You don’t feel like your cars not going to be there when you get back. It feels safe and secure and the parking prices were reasonable. Really I feel the best parking in Newcastle.
Very easy layout. Took a while to get the hang of the pay system with uon parking from level 8, but worked it out!
Don't park here if you have a Landcruiser or patrol car park roof is very low
