Disgusted the way I was treated by the rude staff over the phone. I ordered 2vegetarian boxes and paid 12 pounds for 4 orange juice and 2 boxes of full english. When I gave the boxes back they gave me 2 pounds back for over charging me for the full english boxes and took the full english breakfasts and gave me no vegetarian boxes in return. Made me wait half an hour standing there without no response and then locked their door on me without any breakfast. So rude and ignorant
