I had booked an appointment for 12:00. I received a call from Karen asking if I could come earlier because they had something going on there at 12:00. I told her that I had an appointment at 11:00 but I would certainly try to make it for around 11:20 but no guarantees. I arrived right at 12:00 and the lady that my appointment with (Lisa) was locking the doors. I explained who I was and that my appointment was really for 12:00. Lisa said it was impossible because they are closed everyday at 12:00. I said Karen told me that there was something going on here at 12 and that is why she wanted me to try to come earlier. Lisa said no they close everyday at 12. I said well your website says 1:00 except for Saturdays. She shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well we close at 12." I asked if they were willing to lose a client and she didn't really care. So seriously, Why would I entrust my weightloss to a company that has people who LIE and DON'T CARE...Not I.
