Fantastic place. Great staff and very covid secure. They take the food and the pandemic and safety of customers wry seriously. Well done. Only plaice () I’ll get my food from when I’m Newcastle.

John Mac's is the best fish and chip shop. We always have a haddock fish supper absolutely delicious, every time. Generous portions, great value for money. Lovely friendly staff. Location is excellent for parking and 30 seconds walk from seafront. Lots of options for sitting eating Al fresco. Covid precautions are 100%, could not be better. Would like to thank them for doing all they could to stay open during lockdown.
