Excellent customer service, roman blinds were cleaned and pressed perfectly. easy to access with plenty of parking .drive on and off .also offer tailoring services.

I have now used this branch twice, mainly because it is close and handy to use with parking. The first time I took my wedding dress to be cleaned, and was happy with the result. However, the second time, I took 2 pairs of work trousers to be shortened. I was a bit shocked that it would cost 32 for 2 pairs, however, I was in a rush to get done, so just went ahead. After wearing each pair of trousers, only a couple of times, the cotton was coming loose, and the hem coming down,.... What a complete waste of money and a rip off. They haven't been sewn very well at all considering the cost. I now have to stitch them again myself. I will never use these for an alteration again. I don't know how they can justify that price.
