Always nice and fresh delivery was very quick
Ordered on the website, paid by card upfront. Was told 45 minute wait. It is now 1 hour and 45 minutes and counting and still no food. We called to ask how much longer the food would be to have the staff shout down the phone that they were \very busy\ and we would \just have to wait\. We explained that we were not happy with the wait or the customer service and with no time frame given on the food we would like a refund to go else where. At this point the staff member hung the phone up on us. Absolutely disgusting
Always loved there food from here. Past 2 times I have ordered the food has been shocking. The chips remind me of frozen chips defrosted in the microwave. Literally no colour to them and cold and sloppy. The donner meat was sloppy. Garlic pizza bread has a ridiculous amount of garlic on that makes it completely inedible, never mind that the cheese is rock hard and dried on. I would perhaps return just for curries but it is disappointing when we come here all the time and get severd a heap of poo!
