The lady at reception was the best, she made sure that we feel welcomed. The negative point is that you can use your card to pay, you have to have cash or find an ATM. The air-con was not functioning but was not a major issue since blankets are available and hot water is readily available.
Im only putting 1 star because I have to put something. My partner and I came to this place today, they told us a room is available and after a few hours they came knocking at the door and told us the place is fully book and we need to move out and demanded half a day payment, pathetic service . We refused to pay and they tried to refuse opening the gate for us
