Loveland originally quoted us an 8 week turn around time to get our roof repair done, after checking in with them and saying the leak was now causing interior damage they made an exception and came out as soon as they could. They worked with our schedule, were quick to respond to any communication, and provided me with multiple pictures of the issues they found and the fixes they did. They didn't have to go above and beyond, but they did and it is greatly appreciated.

I was referred to Loveland Roofing last year by a fellow realtor. I have used them on a few of my clients homes as well as my own. The customer service they offer is like no other. This week I had to get an inspection done and report back ASAP. Zander came out, did the inspection and took care of all that I needed. It may not have been a big deal to him, but to my client and I it was HUGE!!!!! I have worked with him a few times and every time he is so professional and went above and beyond. Mike has an amazing team including his efficient office staff. Thank you for making this Realtor VERY happy. I will continue to recommend you to all of my fellow realtors and family.
I can't say enough about Loveland Roofing. They were there when I needed them the most. The home I purchased had a roof replacement contingency for insurance purposes. Loveland Roofing replaced the roof in a timely manner and charged a fair price. They managed the process from start to finish including the seamless gutters. The crew was professional and very tidy. I highly recommend them.

Loveland Roofing did a great job on our roof. Mike is professional and reasonable. Loveland Roofing did the roof on our house and we were so happy with the job that we called him back to do the roof on our barn. We are putting solar on our barn after re-roofing and Mike suggested integrating the solar mounts while roofing to make a cleaner appearance and a better seal.
