Milky lane Newcastle brings the Sydney level burger experience to Newcastle, its price point is certainly on the top end of, especially in comparison to other similar venues here in Newcastle, however the full dine-in experience, table service, highest of quality burgers, sides and shakes justifies the cost. If you can look past the cost (because it's a tough pill to swallow initially) and focus on the quality of food and experience you receive, its well worth enjoying.
First time at Milky Lane Newcastle, definitely won’t be the last. Paul greeted us at the front with a warm welcome and a big smile which started our experience of excellent service. Taken aback by the stunning and vivid interior, we were quickly looked after by Laura who nailed the order by memory which was just as impressive as the food. Can’t recommend then food/drinks or service higher. Can’t wait to go back!
The chicken my burger was really crispy and very well cooked, and there was plenty of cheese melted on to it. The sauces and the pineapple brought it all together to make a delicious burger (even though I ate it with a knife and fork). The maple bacon tasted only of bacon without maple. The snickers shake was exactly like a liquified snickers bar in a thick milk concoction. It was truly divine. The Lil Weezy was described to me as tasty but chicken would've been better; but still good just the same. The chocolate shake was good to the last drop. All up, I can't say the experience was worth 62 including the public holiday surcharge; but it was good nonetheless. I'd definitely go back to do it all again.
Love Milky Lane, tastiest burgers on the market. Staff put out great vibes, big smiles, felt very welcomed. Always check out the monthly specials, they are always amazing. March 2021 was the Get it India burger, wasn't totally convinced but gave it a crack. Was absolutely delicious, innovative, stimulating masterpiece. Do yourself a favour and grab some cocktails

Thank God!!! I don't live near to this place ..otherwise I would have put on like a 1000 pounds just drinking their chocolate shake every day . Let me put it this way, if you visit New Castle and not have this chocolate shake... then you should be banned from entering New Castle ever again, because this is the best chocolate shake I have ever had in my life till date and I am 35 years old so yes I do have a lot of chocolate shake drinking experience .
Great food and drinks. Super friendly staff! Covid safe and not crowded as other places... I would definitely come back soon. Super thanks
