Laura from Mortgage choice has organized two home loans for us. She gave us simple overview of the loans available from different lenders and the pro's and con's of each. Laura was crucial in securing my family our first home. She had an excellent understanding of the government schemes and policies which were available to us and helped us to secure an affordable homeloan. She effectively wiped off a year of renting by speeding up the process for us. My family went in not knowing anything and she patiently stepped us through the whole process. Laura was extremely communicative and went beyond her role to explain and answer all our questions. Buying a house is stressful; however, Laura's calm and methodical approach helped us purchase our home with confidence. She always talked to us at our level and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. Laura also seemed to have a strong working relationship with lenders and banks! Whenever she needed to gain a quicker response from someone, she seemed to be able to just ring them up directly! Laura was just fantastic. As first home buyers, the process can be so daunting and can quickly become overwhelming. Laura's calm demeanour and ability answer any question we had (regardless of how simple or complex it may be) were invaluable. Within 10 days of meeting with Laura for the first time we had our pre-approval and were actively house hunting, with Laura offering assistance in any way possible. She constantly kept us informed of changes to the market (RBA cash rates etc) and the impact it would have on our situation. When we finally found our home Laura just made everything SO simple. We could not recommend Laura highly enough, and can easily say we would not have been as successful with our purchase without her help.
