I love this place, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and will go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. You meet some really nice people there too. The gym is clean and well maintained with a room to have a drink after or before you do your workout and you can stay as long as you want. The machines are motorised so it makes it easier for people that have things like arthritis, Ms, Hypertension, I have fybromyalgia and Sarcoidosis and many other issues but I have to keep my muscles working, this is the best option for someone with issues the machines do the work, you don't feel like you have done anything at first, but it's only when you stop going do you realise that the machines really was working for you and helping a lot

Lovely staff, great place to go if you are struggling with mobility issues or pain, it really does help
