So Jeff Stinkler who is the national sales manager basically goes on to google and reviews us 1 star and says we should not use a friend to do our phone systems and he has to shout to be heard. He them pitches up at the office offering his service to 'Fix' our problem. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT . wHO WILL TRUST A GUY LIKE THIS WHO DOES NOT HAVE A COSTOMERS BEST INTEREST AT HEART -AND 1 STARS THEM IN ORDER TO GET BUSINESS. I call this desperation and underhanded indeed. SO here u go, 1 star for unprofessional conduct

Pathetic service, and lots of hidden charges once you sign a contract We are an IT Company Based in Ladysmith. We signed a contract with Nashua in 2015 for printer. initially when we received a quotation and when we signed a contract they told us that per copy charges for B&W will be 0.09c. However there was no mention of Price escalation on the quotation as well as when sales rep explained us about the contract. in just 3 months price was changed from 0.09c to 0.11c. and in just 2 years currently we are paying double the price (0.18c) as compare to the price on contract. Very bad response from Newcastle branch. upon few complain & calls they sent rep who agreed that this price escalation is not normal and i will try and resolve it. After a week he suggested us to keep the contract as is and sign another printer contract with cheaper rates. which we refused as we dont want to have two separate printer contracts. now after a week when we tried calling they said that the price escalation is fair and there is nothing wrong with the pricing. They are deceiving when it comes to signing up a contract. they sold printer on the basis of lower per copy charge but forgot to mention that it will be doubled in just two years and by the time contract is ended which is 5 years you will be paying almost 250% more then the original cost mentioned on the quotation. we advise all our IT Support clients to preferably avoid them and have a look at the other service providers or be careful while signing a contract with deceiving companies like Nashua. From last 7 months they are charging R135 extra in the name of "service charges", trying to get explanation for it and no one seems to know why? So far I have spoken to 2 staff members and they gave 5 different reasons for these charges. So in short if you really want a nightmare choose Nashua
