Dr Mark Williams and his team are professional and caring at all times. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Booking an appointment is easy. They are transparent with financial commitments associated with appointments. Going to the dentist has always been an anxiety provoking experience for me. I no longer feel this way after attending this practice. Dr Mark and all of his dental nurses put me at ease when I am in the chair. Dr Mark is obviously enthusiastic about patient education regarding prevention and treatment of dental issues. He takes the time to speak to me about any issues in a calm manner and in terms that are understandable. The rooms are well presented, clean and have all the comforts of a modern dental practice.

This practice was excellent. Having needed an appointment semi-urgently they fit me in straight away. Highly professional dentist, and dental hygienist. They explained all procedures in full and gave very helpful advice. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Dr Mark was very passionate about oral health, explained everything in high details and made sure I understood everything. I am very fortunate that I have found the Newcastle city dentist after living most of my life in Sydney. The practice is so welcoming with its modern, clean decor and most importantly super friendly staff. Mark Williams is an extremely professional, caring and gentle dentist. I have regular checkups and have also had some cosmetic dentistry, all which have been very successful and reasonably priced. I can’t recommend him more highly.
