Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The staff and doctors at this clinic take the time to explain everything and answer all questions in great depth. Been coming here for years travelling over 30 mins to get here, well worth the distance for their staff and prices are very reasonable and fair.

I've taken my Dogs here for years. I respect their opinions and trust in what they tell me to do. I never found them to pressure me into anything and they've always given me the facts and were honest about my pets health. I highly recommend this Vet. We usually see Dr. Green, however Dr. Teresa Perez and Dr. Stevens have helped my pets in the past and have also been wonderful. Finances can be tough sometimes and vet bills can get expensive. I've always been honest with Dr. Green about what I can afford and he's navigated around what I should do while keeping my pets health as his top priority.

Staff is very friendly. My boxer/Boston cross is not very people friendly, but in their capable hands she is always happy to see the staff at Newcastle Vet Clinic. 10/10 would recommend.

They help us take great care of our dogs. During Covid they are very safe picking up your pets up in the parking lot and taking them in while you wait outside. They come out and talk to you about options and do payment outside. Great set of vets that truly care about our little family members!!

I used to love Newcastle vets and they used to go above and beyond for me but lately that's not the case my one dog has had chronic diarrhea for the past 4 MONTHS and all they keep doing is giving us different medications with only looking at her once and also changing her diet nothing works and they don't care and then my other dog is a rescue who was severely abused and they refuse to work out a solution to get her in for her shots as she will not go into a building alone with a stranger as she can't even walk by a stranger without being terrified

Dr. Green and Dr. Stevens are very compassionate and knowledgeable. The vet techs are amazing with our dogs, always helping to keep them calm. Due to covid we are no longer able to be with our dogs during the appt but I feel very comfortable handing my babies over to them.
