So far so good. Friendly yet professional service and treatments, giving quotes on the spot before going ahead with any dental work. Even notified me of road works in front that would potentially affect parking.
Highly recommended!! I was naughty for a long time and didn't go to the dentist due to my high anxiety problem. Instead of making me feel bad about it they gave me a solution! Now my whole mouth is fixed and I can finally chew properly again and it feels great!!! They also took care to help me look after my dental hygiene and now I've got it all under control! Finally!!! No other dentist told me how to take care myself they just took my money and sent me away. They are really friendly and helpful and always make sure you understand what is going on. NIB Dental is the WORST dental service you could ever choose. I made the mistake of going to the Glendale location after my husband recommended it soon after we moved to Newcastle. They have dentists that are straight out of school or from foreign countries with very little experience. I had one female dentist who did not know what she was doing - she needed to fill a cavity and it took her twice as long as it would an experienced dentist. The next day the filling POPPED OUT of my tooth!!! I had to go back into the centre and explain what happened. The staff didn't want to believe me until I showed them the part of my tooth that had popped out!!! They wanted her to redo my tooth for free - however, why would I want to go to the same dentist? They gave me a different dentist at my request. Again, it was another inexperienced dentist. He did a bit of a better job - or so I thought...however ,after leaving NIB and going to a highly skilled dentist in Honeysuckle who took xrays, my new dentist informed me that the tooth that was redone has a large air bubble/pocket where the filling should have been and now he will have to redo the tooth at my expense! NIB is the most unprofessional business employing only very green dentists who do not know what the hell they are doing. If they do have any dentists that are decent then they do not stay long - they get out of there as soon as possible. Their turnover rate is crazy. If you want to be a guinea pig and only see novice dentists, then go ahead, but for those of us who want our teeth to last then I would not advise that you use them. They are cheap and get cheap dentists for a reason!!! You'll actually end up paying double in the long-run to fix their mistakes. I will never go back there and tell everyone to stay clear.
First class service and always run on time. I also appreciate their follow up call after an appointment.
