The staff are nice but the glasses are a complete rip off.

James at the reception desk was exceptionally polite and helpful in picking out a glasses frame for me. Although an older "gentleman" was rudely blasting him for the parking situation which is totally not his fault. He remained calm and served me as if the altercation hadn't even happened. Top job mate.
