This time we were directed to an on site parking area due to covid 9 the compound was closed. p

Very well placed for Newcastle airport, which is 5 minutes away by the courtesy coach. Prices are very competitive and pick up from outside arrivals entrance is prompt. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Parked in a bay on arrival. Man took cases from boot while I checked in. Into minibus to airport. Picked up after him back to car which was waiting for us, in same condition I left it in. All good. Staff are fine. Car park within 90 sec drive of terminal.
They used my car because the milages have been increased when we came back and something is clicking when I'm turning the steering wheel. This is the worst car park as we ever used. You cannot do it because it could happen to you.
This place does not even deserve one star!!!! My new BMW X3 has been badly damaged in the care of Newcastle airport parking. Absolute morons working here, do not book if you care about your car and how it's driven when you are away enjoying your holiday. No complaints procedure, no explanation and no apology! It was my dash cam that alerted me to how my vehicle had been driven! Even though initially the staff did not accept any liability!!! Newcastle airport did however pay for two new diamond cut alloys and pay for the dent to be removed from the jeep. Newcastle airport dragged the refund out as long as possible and they were not helpful at all. I had to sort everything regarding getting the vehicle back to its original state BUT the airport did pay the invoice. The whole experience was traumatic and we did not expect that the staff would have such disregard for our hard earned jeep. We would not recommend the car parking facility to anyone and we will not use these guys again! Morons!
