Its thorough, but they do push to upsell on parts that still have a bit of life in them, I think you can't go wrong getting your car checked here, but do seek out a second opinion if you don't have urgent issues to fix.

Was fitted in for an appointment straight away.An amazing experience had a previous company do an unsatisfactory job so booked our jeep into Pedder's to have our lift kit fitted correctly in which they made our experience very positive. The jeep left the workshop in the best way and we are so grateful and happy to finally have our 4WD lift kit completed! would recommend 100 percent! Thank you

I needed some car parts, so called into Pedders at Gateshead. Andrew, one of the team members there was absolutely fantastic!! He was extremely helpful very professional- He checked what I needed, chased it up got me the best price without any fuss. I’ll gladly go there again for anything to do with my car.
