Great butchers - very knowledgeable staff, fresh local produce and amazing deli & wine selection. If you're ever in Newcastle under Lyme town centre and you're after a wholesome, delicious lunch make sure you visit Plant & Wilton butchers on the high street for one of their hot baguettes. You wont regret it.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the pies looked amazing.However when cooked the steak and ale pie was totally devoid of flavour.There was a reasonable amount of meat but it was tasteless,a real shame as the 6.75 I paid was expensive and I was expecting a real treat.
