After doing the round of the mainstream kitchen suppliers (Wren, Howdens, Magnet etc) we were left feeling that the design process was a little impersonal. What we wanted was a more personal touch where the kitchen designer actually visited us and took time to understand our requirements. We also wanted a really well manufactured kitchen that was just a little bit different than the rest. Settling on Princess Interiors we were really pleased with the design that Richard suggested and now the LochAnna kitchen is fitted it is every bit as classy as we imagined. The bespoke painted doors and Minerva worktop make it stand out from the crowd. Yes there have been a few problems along the way (as you would expect with any kitchen fit) but all have been rectified by Princess, even during the most difficult year we have had.

Beautiful kitchen. Lovely design. Appalling service. It shouldn't take 5 months for a straightforward replacement kitchen to be completed. Wouldn't ever use again. Definitely Wouldn't recommend unless you can stand months of stress,broken promises and being ignored.
