Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend ProGas to carry out any boiler care to high standard. I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler mover to my loft, Chris and Craig were fantastic and very tidy and I can’t thank them enough.

I found ProGas online and inquired whether they could fix my daughter's failed central heating system as well as carry out a long overdue boiler service. I decided to use ProGas after reading their excellent reviews online and was not disappointed when I phoned the company to arrange the repair and when Craig arrived a few days later to address the various problems. Craig exuded justifiable self-confidence and immense technical knowledge from the moment he arrived - he was fast, efficient, and highly effective in resolving the problems and pragmatic with the safety advice offered. He performed the most thorough boiler repair and service I have witnessed in many years. I will not be looking elsewhere in SoT when my daughter next needs the services of a gas engineer. It's a pity ProGas do not operate in Cornwall where I live - they were simply outstanding.

Craig came out to replace our boiler after it had died 4 weeks after we moved into our house! He arrived on time and he and his colleague replaced the boiler despite injuring his back lifting the old one off the wall They worked quickly and tidily and were both very friendly and approachable, a great standard of work and we will be sure to use them again.
