The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They always take the time to help me find everything I'm looking for and offer advice on how to best do whatever project or home repair I am working on. It makes me more confident to take on repairs I would need to pay someone else to do because I know if I run into problems they are there to help ! They also have done so many amazing things for the community ! Thank you for all that you do !

Best DIY help ever! All i have to do is tell them what i'm doing, and they get me everything i need, and give tips that i understand. Thanks for the help tiling my laundry room floor. First time laying tile, and i am happy with the results. More importantly so is my wife.

Best store and staff ever! Went in to get some wire for a science project and the staff inspired and encouraged my son. They took the time to look and his project and gave him lots of positive feedback. Beyond kind and helpful. Love this store.

They had exactly what I need and the store clerk reapply knew her stuff, and to be honest I didnt actually think there was a Rona in Newcastle but we learn things everyday, I think they need a better way to catch attention. Because I've lived here for a whole year and I just learned of its existence today.
