I used s d electronics initially a couple of weeks ago for a fault on my computer which was fixed politely and quickly within a few hours .The price quoted was the price paid. They did an efficient job and I thought the price was good. I used again for an upgrade and again was polite ,efficient and quick and again price quoted was price paid . I would again .

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF REPAIR; when discussing my complaints I was shouted out and did not get a chance to speak. Then he hung up the phone rather than dealing with the issue. later got call back and he continued to raise his voice at me to try and intimate me. In terms of the quality of repair it was very poor, had to drop the laptop back off multiple times for the same issue, and each time I got more and more excuses rather then them actually fixing the problem. Also the laptop came back with additional problem that they wouldn’t take responsibility for (laptop now doesn’t close properly). Overall would NOT RECOMMEND
