We ordered our food which was declined twice, then after we finally managed to call up and order we didn't receive what we wanted. We ordered two smoothies (strawberry and passionfruit) and instead received two strawberry MILKSHAKES. Very disappointing.

Lucky I rang before I ordered online as they said they had shut for the night because they ran out of loads of the products and ran out of straws for the shakes.. was really looking forward to ordering! Very disappointed :(

Absolute garbage! Took the online order AND THE PAYMENT!! Then called us 15 minutes later to say they were too far away and they were TOO BUSY to deliver our order and it would take 3 DAYS for our money to be refunded!!! The manager then told me it was MY FAULT as I "should have checked the delivery area before you ordered". I have since checked and I cannot find anything about delivery area. This is THE WORST take-away experience I have ever had and will not be using them again. Wish I could have rated them as zero stars!!

Placed an order online within specified opening/delivery times and it was declined for an unknown reason as we got no explanation, I really wanted a shake and cake now I have none, I cannot tell you how annoyed I am!
